Debbie Kohl is the owner and designer of Savvy Staging AZ.  She has been exposed to the art of decorating, staging and redesign for many years.  Creating environments of beauty and serenity has driven her taste and unique ability to bring it all together.  

Debbie’s first desire for staging and redesign is due to her love of the home and belief that our home environment truly affects our well being.  She knows how a well staged home drives the buyer to visualize themselves living in that particular home and to in turn give you a quick sale.

Secondly, in our recent buyers market Debbie has seen the need to help sellers create a strategy to win in this market, and staging is it.  With her combined skills of personal decorating, vision and savvy style, your home will pop to the top of the buyers want list.

Last, but not least you will love working with her as she is a people person deluxe, who truly cares and understands about you and where you are at in this tough process of selling your home.  Personally, she has sold 8 homes.  So she knows the attachment, difficult preparation process and the joy of finally selling your home.
