With Savvy Staging AZ, you are making a smart decision to stage your home because a staged home will sell quicker and at top dollar. Recent statistics show that professionally staged homes sell up to 50% faster and for 6 to 10% more money than homes not professionally staged. When considering the cost remember staging will cost far less than your first price reduction.

Savvy Staging AZ starts with a home evaluation (Initial Consultation Proposal) to assess your individual needs and goals. Because every property is different there is no standard pricing. However, below are service packages that have been pre-designed for your convenience.

Initial Action Plan; $165 2 hr*

We will discuss your goals and expectations, review our staging process while walking through the home.
We will generate a room by room report. If time permits we will demonstrate our home staging technique by quickly transforming a room or area of your home.
Finally, we will present you with a proposal based upon the amount of work needed (within your budget) to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars.
* $100.00 credit will go towards any future staging service.

Half Day of Home Staging or Redesign

This service is for those homes less than 2000 sq feet in need of minor alterations.
4 hours of staging, working within our Action Plan.
Begin to make dramatic transformations to the main living areas of the home.
We will use items already in your home or we will bring in accessories to complete the look of each room.
Photos will be provided for your marketing efforts and we will give you a room by room report of what purchases are needed to complete the transformation.

Full Day of Home Staging or Redesign

This service is for those homes more than 2000 sq feet. 6 hours of staging, working within our Action Plan.
Begin to make dramatic transformations to the main living areas of the home.We will use items already in the home or bring in accessories to complete the look of each room. Photos will be provided for your marketing efforts and we will give you a room by room report of what purchases are needed to complete the transformation.

Open House/New on the Market

We will spend a full two days creating beauty and serenity throughout your home.
We will be working with a detailed Action Plan (included) in order to efficiently complete the homes transformation.
We will be present at the ‘Open House’ to put fresh flowers throughout the home, light candles and put soft music on.

Vacant Home Staging

This service is ideal for those vacant homes just going on the market or getting ready for an Open House.
Will bring in furniture and accessories (within planned budget) to transform your home.
This may require more than one day to complete depending on recommendations.

Action Plan (for the Do-it-Yourselfers)

For those who prefer to do the work themselves but just need a little help in seeing what should be done.
We will provide you with a room by room report detailing what is recommended, provide color recommendations if paint is required, and will provide you with handy do-it-yourself tips from the pros. We will also give suggestions on where to shop.

Personal Shopper

This service is provided in conjunction with our other services when furniture and accessories are needed for staging purposes.
This service is also provided for the do-it-yourselfers who don’t know where to go for furnishing and accessories or don’t have the time to spend on shopping. We’ll do it for you, have it delivered and you can do the rest.
Working within a budget and requirements of the project, we will purchase any needed furniture and accessories.
Through our association with HSR we may be able to purchase these items at a discount and pass those savings on to you.

Realtor Programs

We offer our staging and redesign services at a reduced price so that they can provide their clients with professional staging in order to receive the maximum return on investment for home improvement dollars.

We assess the features of your home, working with you for a whole new look for one room or your entire home.
Within 48hrs you will receive our Action Plan to complete your new homes’ makeover yourself or you can arrange to have it done for you.

We take extensive photographs of your staged home and create a beautiful show set to music for you or your realtor to market with.
