Kelly Maxey

Kelly has had a creative spirit her entire life. She graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle in 98’ with a degree in Interior Design and has had an impressive portfolio over the years. She started with Savvy as a lead Stager in 2016 and transitioned into the role of Director of Operations and Design very quickly. In 2021 she took control of the company as Owner and CEO and she has since brought Savvy to new heights in the surrounding Phoenix metro area. Professionalism and compassion for her clients expectations is what she strives for and ALWAYS delivers!

I used Savvy Staging to help sell my house when it looked like we were getting low ball offers and the listing was starting to stagnate. After we had the house staged, we got a full price offer within 2 weeks (the house had been on the market for almost 2 months before that).

Then a few months later we used Savvy Staging for my parents home. Unfortunately, we did not have a quick sale and we had to eventually change realtors. When we changed realtors, the new realtor said how beautiful the staging was and was adamant we keep it. The house was under contract in just one day with the new realtor, and she attributed the quick sale in part to the staging.

We are thrilled with Savvy, they are great people to work with and their designers know just how to make your house look great. Also, they will help you if you are needing some designer directions in the remodeling phase as well. They truly helped us there, too! Fabulous people 🙂

So I got a full price lease offer for E. Turney and we have officially signed the lease, etc… Just FYI, we beat the next highest rent by over $500/month… It was a risk to stage a rental but I think it was the key to getting our number! Staging is just a solid investment, and it proves itself time after time.
